What happens if I don't have a wheelchair yet but I need one for the trip?

If a wheelchair is requested in advance, we can provide one. You are allowed to bring the wheelchair to your appointment and on the journey home.

No. Brokers contract out rides to other businesses and drivers over whom they have no control or supervision. Since we are a direct provider of medical transportation, we never outsource rides. As a result, you can be sure that your driver is a trained, screened, and in-house employee.

Regretfully, stretcher transports are not something we offer. At the moment, we provide ambulatory and wheelchair transportation.
